Personal training holiday, Koh Pha Ngan, Thailand - February 2009
The holiday is designed for those who want to train at all levels, not just the super-fit. The time you will spend with me and others in the group will involve twice daily sessions in small groups of 5-10 - hikes, body conditioning, boxercise and pilates with the option of yoga classes and massage nearby. I will also be offering personal nutrition consultations alongside the fresh, cleansing and delicious array of food available in the area.
