We all hear it but do we actually do it? Most of us tend to focus all our energies on taking up a new
exercise programme or following the latest fad diet. With HalinaPT you will be incorporating good nutrition
with first class training to achieve the results you want. By adding a few simple changes to your eating
habits you will not only improve your health, but you’ll also look, feel and perform infinitely better.
If you are happy with your exercise and you would like to meet to discuss nutrition only, this can be arranged.
I sell a range of whole food nutritional supplements to support you whilst training and I have put together an information sheet with details of their benefits. These are available as a complete package for £12 (excluding the Suma which is on order) and will provide an introductory 10 days supply.
