'I started personal training with Michelle when I was 12
weeks pregnant and really liked her holistic approach. The
assessment of posture, body fat, resting heart beat and
nutrition was thorough and so the programme always feels
very tailored to my needs. Her knowledge of pregnancy workouts

am enjoying watching my body change through both the growth
of pregnancy but also through the enhancement of the training.

Today (end of week 7)… 13 kg in 7 weeks is amazing.
That’s 2kg away from the first target. I never thought
that the results were going to be so quick to come. I have
tried to get the weight off now for a couple of years and
have tried all sorts of diets and various types of exercise…
never thought that by eating more I would lose weight! I
think you are extremely professional and judging by the

I worked with Michelle for 4 months prior to a trip to Northern
India when I needed to get fit to climb those steep mountains.
I found Michelle extremely helpful - first of all she looks
at your body and your capability and plans the training
round your needs so it’s very individualised depending
on the sort of fitness you want and why. She pushes you
hard and increases the level of difficulty all the time
so you are pushed to practise (which most of us need!).
She's gentle but firm!!!
From my point of view I learned a lot more about exercise
and physical fitness generally, learned how to use the machines
properly and Michelle always ensures you are holding yourself
properly for the exercise - which a lot of people in
the gym are not! I think Michelle is really good and
would ask her to get me fit for another event if needed.
It's very rewarding to measure your level of fitness before
and after!! I have already recommended Michelle to my husband
and a neighbour who are both training with
