Why train with me?
1. You want support and motivation
If you're new to exercise you may want someone
to make sure you're training correctly. I will help you
set goals and map out a specific schedule so you know when,
how and where you'll fit in your work outs.

2. You're not seeing results
I will look at your current programme and eating habits
and help you make changes to create more effective work
outs and determine if the goals you've set are realistic
for you.
3. You're bored with the same old work outs
If you're an experienced exerciser, maybe you haven't
considered working with a Personal Trainer but it can be
a great choice if you need some variety in your work outs.
I will bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to challenge
both your body and your mind. Even some of my most advanced
clients appreciate not having to think about designing their
own programme in addition to their already busy schedules.
4. You need to be challenged.
I will motivate you to push past those self-imposed limits, encouraging
you to lift heavier, go longer and challenge yourself more
than you would on your own.

5. You want to learn how to exercise on your own.
Even if your goal is to create your own workouts, training with me for a few sessions can be a great benefit for learning the right way to exercise.
6. You have a specific illness, injury or condition
I will design a programme to assist in healing and avoid any further problems, working closely with your doctor, chiropractor, osteopath or other health professional to ensure you are getting what you need.
7. You're training for a sport or event
If you're training for a run or other type of event I will
provide you with appropriate training to progress you. See
Jenny's testimonial to see how I helped her.
8. You're pregnant or have recently given birth
I will provide you with a safe and gentle program to prepare
you for labour and to help you recover after you've had
your baby. See Anna's testimonial.
